This is one for jazzuk but anyone else is welcome to download as well! It comes with much thanks to bluebird who kindly sent the LP rip.

An interesting performance, the music grows on one I have found. Ronnie Ross does solo but in such a large ensemble not so much heard from him of course. The leader seems to have had a penchant for trombone solos here but perhaps that is not surprising.

Thanks for your work on this yewsta.

There is other Russo material he recorded in London with similar musicians but ,sadly,no Ronnie Ross there.
